What we store

  • Charts you calculate. The name you typed (if any), birth date, birth time and birthplace, so the chart has a link you can come back to.
  • Your account. Your email address and a password hash, held by our sign-in service.
  • Your circle. The birth details of the people you save, and your settings.
  • Billing. If you subscribe, Stripe handles your card. We keep your Stripe customer id and subscription status, never card numbers.
  • Usage. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics records pages visited and steps like “chart made” or “signed up”, tied to a pseudonymous id, never your email.

Other people's birth details

When you save someone else's chart, you're telling us their birth details. Only you can see them. Please only add people who'd be happy for you to.

Chart cards

A card shows a chart's placements and the name on it, to anyone with the link. It never shows the birth date, time or place. Cards aren't listed in search engines, and you can take one down at any time from your settings.

Email

We only send the morning email if you turn it on and confirm your address. Every email has a link to stop it.

Where it lives

Data is stored on servers in Falkenstein, Germany, through our host Helm7. We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Deleting it

You can delete your account from settings. That removes your account, every saved chart and every card straight away, and cancels any subscription. Charts calculated without an account are kept so their links keep working; they hold no contact details.
